Welcome to the Sun, Surf, and Beautiful White, Sandy Beaches of World-Famous Daytona Beach Shores, Florida! Stay directly on the beach in a well-appointed, privately-owned (non-smoking) 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Condo at The Sand Dollar.

The Sand Dollar, facing the Majestic Atlantic Ocean, is a quiet, family building with a heated Pool, Jacuzzi Hot Tub, and 2 Saunas. Unit 905 has a high view of the Ocean / Beach Sunrises, as well as, the Intracoastal Waterway and Beautiful Sunsets.

Unit 905 comfortably sleeps 6 people. The Master Bedroom, which opens onto the Balcony, has a (top-of-the-line Serta Marvelous Sleep, pillow-top mattress) King-sized bed and its own private bathroom. The Guest Room has two twins, which can be made into a king if you wish. In the Living Room, are two leather sofas, and one has a Queen size sleeper bed. The Guest Room and the Living Room share the other full-sized bathroom.

The Living Room and Dining area open onto a spacious private Balcony with additional comfortable seating. There is a fully-equipped Kitchen with all full-sized appliances. Full-size, private Washer and Drier. Hair dryers in both bathrooms. 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, a CD/DVD, and a Movie Library.

Secure Underground Parking (7’ height clearance) for one vehicle. Beach Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more are available for your use.

Bedding, Sheets, Linens, and Towels (including Beach Towels) are included. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing supplies, etc. The only items you need to bring are your own personal items and bathing toiletries.
